Lookbook: Floral Sunset

Happy Monday Everyone! Although there is nothing happy about a Monday but I hope everyone had a great weekend and it’s another week closer to the festive holidays, which I’m sure everyone is super excited about! I really cannot wait to be posting all the way from Hong Kong and Taiwan when I go, considering that they’re more metropolitan there, I don’t have to dress “down” anymore or only dress up for an occasion! 😀 I spent Saturday chilling in some lace and florals, throw on some flats and it’s casual, throw on some heels and you’ve got glam. I love these high wasted skirts, as you may remember me wearing a black one in a previous post (HERE). I’m not really sure if you would call this a skater skirt as skater skirts are more flowy but I really like this stiff fabric, it flatters my body a lot more as it synch in your waist. So lately I’ve been rather obsessed with trying to take lookbook posts when the sun is about to set! Keep on a lookout for more of this 😉

Lookbook: An Afternoon with 80’s Shorts, Converse and Louis Vuitton

Do you remember the days of the super high denims, the originals when jeans were pretty much one colour and there was no such thing as ‘low-cut’? I remember my parents wearing those back in the day, they appear everywhere in photos. We’re fortunate enough to enjoy a wide range of colours with different cuts for different shapes and sizes nowadays but the 80’s style is back and we’re going back to our roots again! 🙂 I love this pair of 80’s shorts, they’re so high-waisted, which elongates my legs and make them appear longer. 🙂 I think they’re super cute with Converse sneakers, they’re great for summer and brings the chic factor to any outfit! If you follow me on Twitter, you may remember me speaking about getting a new Louis! I’m so excited to finally add the Louis Vuitton Neverfull MM to my collection of bags! I’ve been wanting it for a while and I love the fact that I can get my initials pressed on it. Not sure if you can see it in the pics below! 🙂

Lookbook: A Pop of Blue

Happy Monday Everyone! This weekend literally flew past for me, I felt as though I almost didn’t have a weekend. On Saturday, I was kept busy during the day with a corporate lunch with colleagues and immediately thereafter, I attended the last day of the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week, thank you to the MAC Team for organising. I shall update everyone later this week with another post! 🙂 I found a range of shorts from Zara, which had various colours, this blue being one of them. I’m generally not a big fan of this colour but I decided to be a little daring. The striped top I wore is a top I normally wear to gym (not even kidding), who knew I’ll wear it outside of the gym! 🙂
