Korean Beauty Haul 2015

Hi everyone! I know some of you have been requesting to see what beauty products I bought on my trip to Hong Kong and since beauty videos seem to hate me, I’ll just have to write a post instead. I’ve decided to separate my haul because of how much stuff I bought – I’ve separated it into Korean Beauty Haul and Hong Kong Beauty 2015 (this will come later this week! πŸ™‚

As you know, I’m obsessed with Korean cosmetics and beauty products and since I still haven’t had a chance to visit Korea as yet, I go pretty wild when I’m in Hong Kong. πŸ™‚ Korean cosmetic brands have become widely available in Hong Kong over the last couple of years but it’s all a matter of finding the shops that stock them. As you may know from my previous trips, I’m obsessed with Etude House, their packaging is always so cute and girly, their store is just a doll house and their products are always so innovative. This time, while walking around in Central Station, getting to the correct train, I stumbled across Tony Moly (another Korean brand) and I freaked out! I ran there immediately and started looking at products, testing the colours and speaking to the sales lady – a girl does not waste time around here! I walked out super chuffed with my new purchases!

Of course I can’t walk out the store without face masks! I’ve used one from Tony Moly already, absolutely loved it! I also got some masks for my lips, absolutely love these! It’s made of a jelly-like product and smells like berries, I could honestly eat it! I also purchased 2 lip stains, when I say “stains”, they recommend that I apply it at night just before I go to bed and I leave it on overnight. It doesn’t come off the next day!

Beauty Shot Face Blur –Β This is a primer I purchased from Etude House on my first day in Hong Kong, it’s a new product. This peach coloured product acts as a primer because of it’s “blur” technology. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now, it’s not silicone based, which I actually like because it doesn’t feel greasy on my skin and plus it absorbs super fast.

I wanted new eye brushes so I decided to pick these up from Etude House, I purchased the blending brush, the eyeliner brush, eye point brush and the eyebrow brush. I actually regret not buying more! The brushes are super soft and gentle on the skin, I’m definitely buying more the next time!

I live by these face masks, this is just a portion of what I bought. I also bought a few boxes in different brands πŸ™‚ (I think I just gave away my secret). I love trying different face masks, especially the Korean ones because it’s super moisturising, which is perfect for my dry skin and plus you don’t need to wash it off after. You simply remove the sheet after 20min and massage the rest of the product into your skin.

I’ve been wanting to get an eyebrow gel for a while now, this one is by Etude House.

I first purchased one of theΒ Etude House Drawing Eyebrow Pencil but then I started using it and I liked it so much, I went back to get some more! The pencil itself is flat and slanted, which makes filling in my brows very convenient and the brush on the other side just makes everything about this eyebrow pencil so much better! πŸ™‚

Hope you enjoyed this Korean Beauty Haul, watch this space for the rest of it! Remember, if you still haven’t entered myΒ Urban Decay Naked 3 Eyeshadow Palette Giveaway –Β click here.Β
